globus drive is live !!!
Globus is a large Retailer in Germany. Annual Revenue is about 5.9 Billion Euros.
Friendlyway has been able to deliver a total solution to the retailer Globus:
Outdoor Drive In - "Click & Collect" - Total Solution
How does it work:
The globus customer buys his Food & Non Food items in an online convenience store with more than 6.000 products to chose.
Only 2 hours later Globus customers can pick up their purchase at a pickup place which looks almost like a gas station.
But instead of in front of Gas Pumps the globus customer stops with his car at a friendlyway outdoor kiosk, identifies himself with his loyalty card or with a barcode that was provided after his internet purchase.
The globus employees (inside the pickup place) will see on a display which customer is in front of which Drive In lot and can check if the clients goods are already commissioned and ready.
The customer pays at the friendlyway kiosk with debit or credit card.
The globus employee brings the entire purchase to the client and puts it into the trunk of the car.
So the globus customer even doesn't have to get out of his vehicle.

There are 8 Drive In slots to handle 8 customers simultaneously.
Future locations will have up to 10 slots.
The next Drive In location will open in a couple of weeks.
