Market leading digital capability
Graeme Derby, CEO of Retec Digital PLC stated:

"This is good news for customers of Retec and Neo as they will now be able to access the enhanced capability of the merged companies. Each business is complementary, with Retec Digital bringing kiosk software expertise and a UK wide field service network; while NeoProducts brings its internationally renowned expertise in kiosk design and manufacture.

We see this as an important step in the consolidation of the kiosk industry."
